Welcome to GymLoop ("GymLoop", "we", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your access to and use of our website, mobile experiences, and services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) What we do

GymLoop lets you use one flexible membership to visit multiple partner gyms. We help you discover locations, manage credits, and check in. We do not own or operate the gyms—you’ll also be subject to each gym’s rules and waivers.

2) Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 13. If you’re under the age required by law, don’t use GymLoop.
  • Keep your login info secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per account; memberships are not transferable.

3) Subscriptions, credits & billing

  • Plans include a set number of visits (credits) within a validity period.
  • Unused credits expire at the end of the plan period unless we say otherwise.
  • Prices include applicable taxes where required. We may update pricing or features; if we do, we’ll notify you before changes take effect.
  • Unless stated, purchases are non‑refundable. If a gym is temporarily unavailable, we’ll help you find alternatives.

4) Partner gyms

  • Gyms set their own rules, hours, equipment availability, and safety policies.
  • Some gyms may require additional waivers or ID checks at entry.
  • We are not responsible for the services provided by partner gyms.

5) Health & safety

Exercise involves risk. Consult a doctor if you have any concerns. You agree to use the facilities responsibly and follow staff instructions. GymLoop does not provide medical advice.

6) Acceptable use

  • No misuse of the Service (e.g., scraping, reverse engineering, fake check‑ins).
  • No sharing accounts or reselling visits.
  • Respect other members and staff.

7) Intellectual property

We own the Service and its content except where noted. You may not copy or use our branding without permission. If you share reviews or feedback, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to display and use that content in connection with GymLoop.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or that a specific gym will be available at a given time. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

9) Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, GymLoop and its partners won’t be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to GymLoop in the 3 months before the claim.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GymLoop harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your interactions at partner gyms.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll post the new version and update the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
